Travel Service Iceland provides private transportation and guided travel services in Iceland, including airport transfers and private tours.
Bookings
Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or messaging services. Payment may be requested in advance through a secure payment link.
Payment
Payments may be processed in ISK or EUR depending on the agreement with the customer. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.
cancellations policy
Cancellations must be made in advance and are subject to the following conditions:
Short Services (Airport Transfers, Blue Lagoon, Reykjavík Area Tours):
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be refundable.
Long-Distance & Full-Day Tours (e.g. Golden Circle, South Coast, Vatnajökull National Park, Private Day Tours):
Customers may cancel their booking up to 5 days before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
These tours require advanced planning, including scheduling qualified drivers, coordinating long-distance travel logistics, and monitoring weather conditions.
Changes to Bookings
Travel Service Iceland will do its best to accommodate changes if requested in advance.
All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs depending on the nature of the request.
Service Delivery
The booked transportation or tour service will be delivered on the agreed date and time as specified in the booking confirmation.
Force Majeure
Travel Service Iceland is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
